We’re delighted to announce two significant new specialist appointments as Linear Group continues to expand and enhance its in-house capabilities and operations.

With over 20 years’ experience in HR, Isobel Wallington joins the Group as its first dedicated HR Manager bringing extensive insight and knowledge across the full spectrum of personnel and related functions.  

Group Appointments

With a solid track record in manufacturing, she worked for Cummins Inc for nine years where she developed novel strategies and functionality across HR to drive unprecedented organisational productivity and growth along with leading three successful HR start-up programmes across UK, USA and Canada.  

Joining Linear Group as HR Manager in early 2021, Isobel is responsible for the proactive operational management of all aspects of HR across the business.  In this role she is focused on effective organisational development, training, employee engagement, performance management and employment law matters.

Alongside Isobel, IT expert Andrew MacLeod has joined the team from RedMosquito, the full spectrum managed IT services provider, as the Group’s inaugural IT Manager.  No stranger to Linear Group, he provide expert technical and strategic support in overseeing the outsourced management of the Group’s IT at RedMosquito.

Joining Linear Group in 2021, Andrew is responsible for enhancing and evolving all aspects of IT provision, infrastructure and support across the business.  This means ensuring optimal delivery and leading the digital development to scale alongside business growth and needs. This includes improvements to software packages within the business, ongoing digital roadmap and cyber security and compliance.
