Business commitment
The future of construction must be low-carbon, resource-efficient, and people-focused. At Linear UK Group, we are transforming how we design, procure, and deliver projects to move beyond a linear model towards a more circular, resilient built environment.
Our route to a circular future is built on reducing whole-life carbon, keeping materials in use for longer, and designing out waste, while delivering positive outcomes for people, communities, and nature. Our sustainability strategy has been developed to align with selected United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (UNSDGs).
Across our businesses, we embed circular economy principles into sustainable procurement, support net zero ambitions, enhance biodiversity, and create meaningful social value through skills, employment, and local engagement.
This is a practical and evolving journey. By working collaboratively with our people, clients, and supply chain partners, Linear is committed to building places that support stronger communities and deliver long-term value for society.

Leading the Change through our 5 Key Themes
Authorised by the Executive Team, our Sustainability Champions are empowered to shape strategy, drive innovation, and turn ambition into measurable impact. They are responsible for embedding sustainable thinking into how we procure, design, deliver, and partner, ensuring our commitments translate into real-world outcomes. This helps to ensure that sustainability remains central to our growth and sustainability performance.
